I am registered with Axa, WPA and Aviva. Please book your appointment through the booking link as normal, but make sure to select the ''Physiotherapy Initial Consultation (Insurance only)'' option. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so via the Client Portal with as much notice as possible. (If you need to organise a refund, please do let me know via email)

Any unattended appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full. If you are coming through an insurer this will be charged directly to you, as the insurance companies don't pay for missed/late cancellation of appointments.
